OUSC has been able to arrange an excellent speaker. On Monday 12th May Dr. Elisabeth Kendall, the Mistress of Girton, will give a talk about Yemen and the Houthis. Dr. Elisabeth Kendall/Girton College. The talk will be in The Stanley Room at Girton College, with drinks and nibbles served from 7.00pm, ready for the talk at 7.30pm.

Dr. Kendall is an Oxford graduate and honarary fellow of Pembroke. She is an Arabist, best known for her work on how Arab extremists exploit Arabic cultures and traditions, and she has spent significant time in Yemen.
